Hi, my name is Denise de los Reyes and I have been a nurse for 29 years. Started out at Touro-Infirmary and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. From there, I entered the healthcare insurance industry as a concurrent review nurse and clinical trainer which transitioned me into special projects where I became the clinical liaison between UM/CM/DM/GA and IT as we transitioned to new a new software application which also integrated with our claims systems.
Current day, I assist with the implementation of healthcare plans into our system as well as providing support to end users while defining business requirements and product enhancements to help support our various lines of businesses. I love a good challenge so I enjoy finding solutions to make the management team and users work more efficient.
I love art fairs, sumi-ink art, stain glass and I am a foodie.
