Employed as a Clinical Informatics Liaison at Henry Ford Hospital as an acute care informatics team member. I have previous experience on the ambulatory side at Detroit Medical Center. I have earned my Master's Degree in Nursing Informatics from Walden University. In my role as a Clinical Liaison, I collaborate with leadership as well as clinicians and information technology across Henry Ford Health System to problem solve and improve clinical workflow. I also support developing workflows to capture the discrete data required by the Inpatient Quality Reporting, Promoting Interoperability, Meaningful Use, and The Joint Commission programs. I also work as an adjunct clinical instructor for Henry Ford College to keep in touch with clinical practice and provide knowledge to the next generation of nursing.
