As a co-chair of the Emergency Department's Shared Governance and Clinical Informatics Councils, I have helped propel nursing practice and coordinate strategic planning to new heights. In collaboration with my colleagues, we empower the next wave of emergency nurses, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in a technologically advanced healthcare environment.
