Credit is offered in conjunction with Indiana University Health.  Indiana University Health is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Maryland Nurses Association.  The Maryland Nurses Association will award contact hours in adherence with American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.  Participants will earn contact hours commensurate with participation and submission of the evaluation.

If the follow-up survey does not arrive as expected, please check your junk or spam folders (many organizations have strengthened security with external email).  Also consider using a personal email for registration of organizational firewalls prohibit delivery. When registering, please look carefully at your input email as miskeys can make things challenging.  The email entered into the registration will be the email used to send post-session surveys.  The continuing education office and ANIA Midwest will not verify emails are correct or ensure emails are received.
