Good afternoon,
I have been a nurse in California since 1996 and graduated from MSN in Nursing Informatics in October 2024. I want to explore my options and learn more in this field. I am happy to be a member with ANIA which is the first step to explore more. I am planning to attend the ANIA conference end of March and I was wondering if I would really benefit from attending HIMSS conference in las Vegas considering one day of the whole conference is in Nursing Informatics?
Please advise me for the start what is best to do considering I am not holding any Informatics position yet and I continue to work in PACU as a bedside Nurse. I will also like to know what path has highest demand in west coast that would be beneficial to me considering my significant bedside experience in Perioperative and ICU background ?
