Candice Larson is the Chief Nursing Informatics Officer at HonorHealth, an integrated health system that encompasses six hospitals, two surgical centers, and more than 70 primary, specialty, and urgent care locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. Candice assumed this role in 2018 and previously served in various IT-related positions; including Director of IT Applications; Clinical Informatics; and Project Management of numerous health system implementations. She provides leadership for the development and use of technologies that support and improve patient care and advancing clinical quality across HonorHealth.
Candice is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in Nursing Informatics and holds an ITILv3 certification. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, the American Nursing Informatics Association, Health Information and Management Systems Society, and recently joined the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Candice Larson earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing with an Emphasis in Health Care Informatics from Grand Canyon University and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Dickinson State University.
