A transformational leader with over 15 years in healthcare IT and clinical operations, Rachel holds a Master's in Leadership and Administration. Formerly Director of Clinical Informatics and Digital Health at Allegheny Health Network, she specializes in EHR workflow optimization, virtual nursing programs, and data-driven digital health transformations.

Rachel began her informatics journey leading the Allegheny General Hospital ED through an EHR implementation — and she's been passionate about advancing the field ever since, especially as AI continues to reshape healthcare.

Secretary

A senior nursing informatics and digital health leader with 20+ years of experience, Dr. Teasdale has held executive roles including CNIO at the Medical University of South Carolina and Executive Director of Informatics at the University of Kentucky HealthCare. She leads clinical strategy for digital health products across Western Europe.

Dr. Teasdale holds a DNP from Vanderbilt University and has authored peer-reviewed publications in nursing, informatics, and quality improvement. She began her career in bedside nursing, bringing deep clinical credibility to her global leadership work.

Treasurer

With 37+ years of nursing experience and 17+ years in clinical informatics, Becky directs the strategic vision and operations of clinical informatics at WVU Medicine. She holds an MSN from the University of Pittsburgh and is ANCC board-certified as an Informatics Nurse.

Becky has led large-scale EHR implementations including the launch of UPMC East and has consulted internationally in China, Italy, and Kazakhstan. She is recognized as a bridge builder between clinical and operational teams — always keeping patients at the center.
