Hello ANIA! My career path has pivoted to now include Instructional Design (ID) work for a global medical device company. In this role I continue to work closely with colleagues who have a direct impact on patient care in healthcare systems across the US and beyond. Working with a team on ID professional on developing clinical education for our internal team of nurses as well as our customers at the bedside using our equipment and solutions. I continue to have some influence in the device integration space but now moving into the use of technology to design, deliver and transform educational materials and delivery methods. Very excited about this roles' opportunities to also incorporate Generative AI in educational content development as well and it's ability to make learning materials more accessible to learners in the moment where its needed most.
