The Mission of ANIA - San Diego Regional Chapter is to advance the field of Nursing Informatics through communication, education, research and professional activities in the San Diego and Imperial County region.

The vision of ANIA - San Diego Regional Chapter is to create and support an environment in which Nursing Informatics is used to improve and sustain a high level of patient care through collaboration and information exchange by healthcare informaticists and clinicians across the continuum of care.

About the Chapter

The San Diego Regional Chapter boundaries are from the shores of the Eastern Pacific Ocean to the west,  to the Colorado River to the east and from the Orange County boundary at Camp Pendleton USMC base and Palo Verde to the north and the International Border to the south. The geographical area covered by our members includes 9,008 square miles.
