I have been an RN since 2011, became interested in the Informatics field since 2012, and have since attained my MSN in Nursing Informatics, and ANCC Certification in Nursing Informatics. I started of with a career in IT, and obtained a Bachelors in Information Systems and Technology from the United States International University, and thereafter switched to Nursing and obtained my BSN a few years later. My decision to become an Informaticist was easy, as I was able to combine my two passions into one, IT and Nursing.
