    Dear ANIA Subscribers,

My name is Victoria Marone. I am a master student in the School of Nursing at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, CA. I am conducting a research study as part of the requirements of my master's thesis.

The purpose of my research is to examine the relationships between three variables: change fatigue, resilience, and organizational satisfaction. After summarizing the results, the hope is to propose theoretical and practical implication for change management to reduce change fatigue and increase organizational support and resilience.

This study has been approved by the Vanguard University Institutional Review Board.

I would like to invite you to participate in a brief 5-minute survey. Please feel free to share the link to the survey with other members of ANIA.

I thank you in advance for your consideration with this research.

I will be happy to answer any questions you have about the study. You may contact me at
    (714) 624-7383 or victoria.marone@vanguard.edu or my faculty advisor, Dr. David Colachico at david.colachico@vanguard.edu
