How to Reset & Be Mindful Meditation
When:
Dec 1, 2021 from 18:00 to 19:00 (CT)
share:
ANIA Midwest acknowledges it has been a difficult couple of years! Although going through the pandemic has been hard, many of your have shown resiliency skills and strength to use in the future. As Albert Einstein said "Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow."
ANIA Midwest wants you to "live for today" in the holiday season, and is offering a self-care meditation event focusing on resetting, being mindful, and how to implement these concepts into our daily routine. At the end of the session, a brief meditation will be conducted. Our session will be guided by Adrianne Ewald.
We hope you will join us for this exciting event.
