I bring something different to the table. I started as a CNA in the health field, but my affinity for Information Technology led me into the world of working with Microsoft and Cisco. Even with my extensive experience in Information technology, the call of the health care industry has never subsided. I eventually listened to that call and returned to my health care roots and became an Intensive Care RN. Who would have known that the combination of my two passions would be developed and called Nursing Informatics? I am happy to be a part of this growing industry.
