Hello, all!
Question: Are there still healthcare facilities out there that do not subscribe to a patient-education material database (i.e., Krames, Ovid, Mosby, Ebsco, HealthWise, LibGuides, etc.) but rely on free educational materials from the Internet for their patient education?
I believed after Meaningful Use and the HITECH Act, facilities moved towards partnerships with established, evidence-based, scholarly databases to increase quality measures, or am I wrong?
Even smaller institutions, I thought, would have a subscription by now!
Working on a project, any input would be great!
