    ClinDoc - Application Coordinator Job
    Application Coordinator (AC) is responsible for developing and documenting the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with Epic application design, build, validation, and implementation. ACs will also be responsible for achieving in-depth knowledge of the software and serve as a bridge between end users and vendor implementation. The AC will be knowledgeable about organizational policies, procedures and business operations, and the area of business they are representing and the functionality available in the application(s). This position requires clinical knowledge, credibility and understanding of clinician workflow.
    • RN or LVN, MA, RT, LT. and Epic Application Certification.
    • Associates degree in nursing or technical degree in a medical/clinical area (e.g., nursing, radiology, laboratory), in cases of > 5 years experience.
    • 5 years as a clinician; 3 years in the acute care setting.

    Manager - IT Analytics Job

    Effectively plan and manage all aspects of database management systems in the organization. The individual will manage the BI Analysts and Database Administrators, track milestones on all BI and database projects. The analytics manager will support the end user during training, go-live and post go-live by providing application and workflow knowledge and fine tuning the system and processes.Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. A working knowledge and understanding of RDBMS and BI Technologies, computer stems hardware and software is also a must.

    • Vocational / Technical / Business school in Computer Science.
    • Total 2-5 years experience in a technical Systems Operations. 2-3 years experience in managing people. Experience managing 24-hour operations.


    IT Security Analyst Job

    The Identity Security Analyst must understand Epic's security infrastructure and possess in-depth knowledge of user provisioning techniques. This candidate will function as part of a team in all phases of day to day operations and new implementations of the Epic electronic medical record system.


    Major Responsibilities:
    * Act as a security coordination between Epic applications (facilitate meetings; develop implementation timelines and strategies related to identity and access security).
    * Support the cross-application security workgroup, providing oversight for related processes including daily management of security master files. 
    * Make recommendations on processes regarding access control, user authorization tables, change control, business continuity planning/disaster recovery, transmission methods, maintenance testing, training requirements, auditing, monitoring, and mobile access.
    * Runs user reports necessary for maintaining accurate user information, such as inactive accounts, failed logins and ad-hoc reports by request.
    * Conduct ongoing review of audit and event logs pertaining to user access, administrative activities and contextual use of patient data both pro-actively and in response to investigation.

    * BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
    * Minimum of 2 years of Healthcare experience 
    * Minimum of 2 years working as an Epic Application or Security Analyst/Coordinator 
    * Understand og the foundational structures of Epic software, including profiles, roles, menus and security classes.
    * Knowledge of government regulations and industry standards for information security related to HIPAA and PCI-DDS
    * Broad technical knowledge and experience to include one or more of the following areas: information security, identity management, application system administration; application system development, or information systems audit.

    Credentialed Trainer - Clinical Job

    The Credentialed Trainer (CT) conducts ConnectCARE training for various applications as credentialed, developing lesson plans, and updating materials to reflect changes in policies in the build and in curriculum. The CT works with the ConnectCARE Instructional Designer, build team leadership and members, Health System Leaders and education to assure end users are able to use the system, identifying individuals who may need additional support and providing that support as needed.

    • LVN or RN or other clinical license
    • 2 years teaching or related medical experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
