Sepsis - In the discussion last evening, there was concern related to real-time documentation from nursing. Has there been any discussion in the EHR innovations regarding RN dictation? Maybe this is an overreaching option; however, if immediate documentation is hindering accurate data collection and analysis, this may solve the problem.
