I'm interested in speaking with another site which has implemented the integration of Hill-Rom bed data elements into nursing documentation. We are in the process of testing this solution and are encountering a variance in the actual bed setting and the data pulling into the EHR, Our nursing team has the ability to set their views at actual time, every 15 minutes, every 2 hours-based on their clinical area, this setting has an impact on the data that is pulling into the record for the nurse to review and document.
We would like to speak with another site to learn the clinical workflows implemented to ensure that current bed setting information is pulled into the record accurately.
