Organizational Change Management – The role of the Nurse Informaticist
October 19, 2021
6pm-7pm
As a nurse informaticist, you need to prepare for changes at every level and to guide others through the process and adjustment of change. Whether it is a planned initiative, volatile environment, or unexpected situation, change is inevitable. Effective change leaders do three of the following things:
- Anticipate where things are moving
- Facilitate the implementation of change
- Sustain momentum by taking charge and moving things ahead
This webinar will assist nurse informaticists in the role they have in leading, guiding, and facilitating change throughout an organization.
