Organizational Change Management – The role of the Nurse Informaticist
    October 19, 2021
    6pm-7pm

As a nurse informaticist, you need to prepare for changes at every level and to guide others through the process and adjustment of change. Whether it is a planned initiative, volatile environment, or unexpected situation, change is inevitable.  Effective change leaders do three of the following things:

    1. Anticipate where things are moving
    2. Facilitate the implementation of change
    3. Sustain momentum by taking charge and moving things ahead

This webinar will assist nurse informaticists in the role they have in leading, guiding, and facilitating change throughout an organization.
