It is with great pleasure that we announce the new ANIA SoCal Chapter!
Our mission is to provide local and regional opportunities for nursing informatics-specific continuing education and face-to-face networking, aligned with the ANIA corporate vision for advancing nursing informatics. Of course, ‘local’ in SoCal covers quite a bit of territory! Our chapter consists of 5 counties: Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, San Bernardino & Riverside.

ANIA & SoCal Chapter Membership Benefits
• Benefits of ANIA corporate membership include: FREE nursing CEU webinars, Nursing Informatics Today w/CEU articles, an active listserv, ANCC certification exam prep courses, and many other resources: https://www.ania.org/membership
• ANIA dues are a bargain at $60 annually ($110 for 2 years). Currently, no additional dues are required for SoCal chapter membership.
• You must be a member of ANIA corporate in order to join the SoCal Chapter.
• SoCal Chapter member meetings: 3/year with a 1 hour CEU nursing informatics presentation and socialization after the meeting.
• Annual full-day nursing informatics educational seminar offered locally in SoCal.
• Non-members can attend SoCal CEU events, but ANIA members will enjoy reduced event fees (and sometimes attend for free).
• You do not have to be a nurse to join ANIA/ANIA SoCal.
