At the national ANIA conference this last April in Florida many of our board members got the opportunity to meet and brainstorm with other ANIA chapters. One of the ideas was to start collaborating on continuing education. We all felt this would benefit everyone by giving access to more CE opportunities related to the field of informatics, allow us to see what other hospitals are doing outside of our own communities, and eventually partner on panel discussions making them more robust. So, in addition to the CE opportunities your DFW chapter will be offering we will also be sending out information for you to partake in these additional CE opportunities offered by partnering ANIA chapters. The Miami ANIA chapter has sent us a flyer to distribute for a CE offered on July 1st. I hope many of you will be able to attend.
