With over 22 years in clinical informatics, Karen has accumulated a wealth of experience in electronic health record support and is recognized for establishing processes that promote continuous improvement. Karen has been a registered nurse for 35 years, and completed her Master of Science in Nursing Informatics at Duke University in the aftermath of a fatal medical error. Most recently, she completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Nurse Leadership at Baylor University.
